Bigger Body Yoga Club is a thrice-a-month online yoga space for women in bigger bodies who want gentle, supportive movement without pressure to push, perform, or change their body.
Expect somatic, chair-friendly practices focused on mobility, stability, strength, and rest - in a calm, weight-neutral community.
We Begin February 22nd and complete on May 17th.
Each month you can attend three live classes.
