A Little About Me

I’m a yoga teacher and meditation guide with a passion for creating inclusive, body-positive spaces where everyone feels seen and supported. I specialise in helping people connect to their practice in a way that’s sustainable, empowering, and rooted in self-compassion.

Whether I’m leading a class, mentoring future teachers, or holding space in meditation, my goal remains the same: to offer practices that meet you where you are and help you feel more at home in both your body and mind.

When I'm not teaching, you’ll often find me walking my dog, enjoying the beach, or unwinding with a good colouring book with my little ones in toe. These simple joys remind me of the importance of presence and balance in everyday life.
