Bigger Body Yoga Club

A place to move, rest, and practice in good company.

A four‑month container of supportive yoga practices that prioritise ease, strength, mobility, and nervous system care.

What if you could show up in your body exactly as it is today and trust that it’s enough?

Bigger Body Yoga Club is a place to practise being with your body, rather than working on it.

If you’ve ever loved yoga in theory but found it hard to stay in relationship with it in real life, you’re not alone.

Many women in bigger bodies reach a point where they’re done with pushing, fixing, or starting over. But they still want:

  • to move in ways that support their body.

  • to feel steadier, stronger, and more at ease.

  • to stay connected to themselves without adding another obligation to their life.

Bigger Body Yoga Club was created for that moment.

What I know for sure, you are absolutely worthy of receiving all the benefits of yoga, exactly as you are, right now.

This club was born directly from feedback I received after retreats and workshops.

Again and again, women told me they didn’t want a dramatic transformation or an intensive programme. They wanted something steady, kind, and doable. Something that helped them stay connected to themselves once the retreat glow faded.

Bigger Body Yoga Club is about creating a supportive rhythm that fits around a full, real life.

Bigger Body Yoga Club is a place to practise being with your body, rather than working on it.

Through slow, choice-led, sensation-based movement, the focus gently shifts:

  • from appearance to felt experience

  • from effort to relationship

  • from doing it “right” to listening closely

Over time, this kind of practice changes how you meet yourself.

This kind of practice doesn’t shout. It settles.

This isn’t about intentionally changing your body,

It’s about changing how it feels to live in it.

What Bigger Body Yoga Club is:

Bigger Body Yoga Club is a four-month online container. We practise together across time, with the invitation to make it to one live class a month.

That steadiness is part of the support:

You’re training your nervous system and neural pathways to alter movement and thinking patterns.

Each month includes:

  • Monday Ease: A gentle morning class from 9:30 - 10:30 am, start to the week.

  • Wednesday Winddown: An evening class from 8:30 - 9:30 pm to soften, settle, and exhale.

  • Sunday Stretch: A longer, spacious practice to arrive fully and rest from 10:00 - 11:30 am.

There is one of each class every month. You can attend live or practice from the replays - both are equally welcome.

Why practising together matters (even online)

Many women in bigger bodies have learned to practise alone - or to stay small in shared spaces.

Practising alongside others with similar lived experience can be quietly powerful.

In this space:

  • resting is normalised

  • chairs, pauses, and variations are expected

  • comparison softens

  • nervous systems settle more easily

Even through a screen, there is relief in knowing: I’m not the only one moving this way.

Community here is gentle, respectful, and spacious - never performative.

How this supports real change

Practising once a month creates a gentle continuity, without pressure of attending weekly.

Instead of starting over each time, you begin to notice:

  • patterns in how you meet effort

  • where you abandon yourself - and where you don’t anymore

  • what actually supports ease and steadiness for you

This is nervous-system level learning.

The changes often show up quietly: in how you sit, walk, breathe, and make choices off the mat.

What embodied somatic yoga supports

When movement is unhurried and responsive, something different becomes possible.

Women often tell me they begin to notice:

  • more ease in everyday movements

  • less bracing or pushing through discomfort

  • a clearer sense of when to move and when to pause

  • growing trust in their own internal cues

  • a softer relationship with effort and rest

It’s about staying connected to yourself - especially when things feel uncertain.

All the while working on mobility, stability and strength.

Your body sets the pace.

What these classes feel like

  • unhurried and spacious

  • grounded in choice rather than instruction

  • respectful of mixed energy, ability, and capacity

  • supportive without being overwhelming

You’re welcome to be visible or private. You can move, pause, adapt, or rest at any point.

How to use this space

There is no “right” way to be here.

You might:

  • come live some weeks and use replays others

  • repeat one class and skip another

  • rest through parts of a class - or a whole class

  • let one practice be enough for the month

Nothing is sequential. Nothing is compulsory.

This space is designed to support listening rather than achieving.

ABOUT ME

I’m Laura, a yoga and meditation teacher specialising in body-respectful, weight-neutral practice for women in bigger bodies.

My work centres lived experience, choice, and nervous-system awareness.

I create spaces where movement becomes a way of staying close to yourself rather than performing and where rest is woven in, not added on.

This work is quiet and relational. It’s about learning how to be with your body in a way that feels steady, kind, and sustainable.

One club. Three live classes each month.

You choose what works for you.

Each month includes three live classes:

  • Monday Ease: 9:30am - 10:30am

  • Wednesday Winddown: 8:30pm - 9:30pm

  • Sunday Stretch: 10:00am - 11:30am

You’re invited to attend one class a month - the one that fits your energy, body, and schedule.

If you want to attend all three in a month, you’re very welcome to. There’s no hierarchy, no expectation, and no pressure.

Alongside the live classes, you’ll also receive:

  • Replays of every class.

  • A pre-recorded 20 minute practice each month.

  • My signature 'Best Nights Sleep' meditation.

  • My signature 'Refresh' nap meditation.

  • Access to 'Ask Me Anything' about supporting your practice via WhatsApp.

The club runs from February 22nd to May 17th.

Joining Bigger Body Yoga Club

Bigger Body Yoga Club is offered as a four‑month container. Bodies and nervous systems respond best to continuity.

This is a space where trust can build. Where missing a class doesn’t mean starting over. Where returning is always allowed and kind of the whole point of the practice.

Investment - Founder Rate*

€120 for the full four-month container (Feb - May 2026)

Payment options:

  • Pay in full: €120.

  • Or 4 monthly payments of €30.

No. Bigger Body Yoga Club is a four-month container, and your place is held for the full duration.

That’s completely okay. Replays are included for every class, and many members use a mix of live attendance and replays.

There’s no hierarchy here - live or replay both count.
