The Body Kindness Path is a free 3-day experience designed to help you reconnect with your body through gentle movement, rest, and self-compassion.

Each day, you’ll receive a short, guided practice that invites you to soften the noise of “not enough” and come home to your body just as it is—no fixing, no forcing, no need to earn your rest.

This is for you if:

  • You’ve felt disconnected from your body or stuck in harsh inner dialogue
  • You long for movement that feels nourishing, not punishing
  • You’re curious about what it means to treat your body with kindness

Through a blend of yoga modalities, you’ll begin to carve out space for ease, presence, and belonging—in your body and your life.
